    Anybody got good recs for at home leg excerises (aside from deadlifts and squats)

    I got a decent amount of dumbells and bands

    Nordic curl
    Lunges
    Calf raise
    Farmers carry

    Gonna try it for sure, grip be giving out when i go heavy on curls even when i got more in me

    i do back on wed an then arms on thursday an i have the same issue when doing bicep curls i think for me its because i did back the day before

    hit a late lift , pull day and resting tomorrow, but will walk and do abs/mobility/stretching
    did cardio and hit zone 4 for 15 minutes, zone 3 for 12-ish and zone 2 for 4 spent more time out of zone 1 than in it
