Anybody got good recs for at home leg excerises (aside from deadlifts and squats)
I got a decent amount of dumbells and bands
Nordic curl
Lunges
Calf raise
Farmers carry
Gonna try it for sure, grip be giving out when i go heavy on curls even when i got more in me
i do back on wed an then arms on thursday an i have the same issue when doing bicep curls i think for me its because i did back the day before

Nordic curl is brilliant, but hard
hit a late lift , pull day and resting tomorrow, but will walk and do abs/mobility/stretching
did cardio and hit zone 4 for 15 minutes, zone 3 for 12-ish and zone 2 for 4
spent more time out of zone 1 than in it

I was trying to gain mass and switch up training but just had an urgent event come up in the next month, these next 5 weeks we locked in
going high reps w bulgarian split squats nearly killed me
I find the legs respond well to high reps
Need to make some adjustments
I’m about 20 lbs away from my goal now
But now I’m starting to struggle with the volume of my workout
Maybe need to start ending the fast before the gym
