you won’t burn out, take good care of yourself, drink a gallon of water, get some good sleep. im doing this s*** while barely eating anything as well
when your body really needs to rest, it’ll tell you and it’s your job to listen. truthfully you won’t have a choice

Burning out will be closer associated with your life outside the gym that ultimately deters your workout motivation. Life happens, but try to maintain internal/external factors and motivations that don’t deter you otherwise you’ll eventually burnout
Wrist wraps coming in tomorrow. My wrists are my biggest weakness and have been holding me back on going up in bench and deadlifts. So excited to use these next chest day
forgot my own headphones to the gym today, and in observing other people’s use of headphones, it’s interesting the amount of ppl that seemingly go no headphones/buds all the time. pretty crazy

in the meantime just use the wraps imo especially if the forearms are limiting you from going to failure

Hit 100kg bench today, to a lot it may not be much, but that was my initial goal when I started. Now go for 125
