Yeah I mean it’s normal to have soreness for two days
I’m doing squats and bench tuesdy
Thursday I’ll still have some soreness but I’ll still do deadlifts and bench on Thursday
I have allot of lower/mid back pain.
Does anyone know any exercises I can do to strengthen my back and relieve the pain?
