you might be going harder than the guys who are working out for 2 hours. Longer workouts don't mean better workouts
trying not to fall into the trap of working out well for like 6 weeks, not seeing brazy results, and then slowly slacking off to zero exercise.
just gotta habitize that s*** and do it no matter what.

You should be fine if your just doing bodyweight excercises

Had a serious back and bicep session three days ago and can’t straighten my arms, was my first time back to the gym in a min, feels a little more than sore
