    does anyone experience a complete loss of appetite after drinking a protein shake?
    i drink it at 6:30 and even 2 hours after can barely eat any food

    Whats your training regimen?

    I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week for about 4 years now that’s probably the best answer
    I also eat pretty good and started out stupid skinny

    Training wise i switch between low weight high reps and high weight low reps throughout the week
    I always warm up, do core, and stretch with every workout

    Protein takes longer than other macromolecules to be digested thus keeping you full longer

    i do heavy to start then later on during the work out i bring the weight down and do about 3 sets of 8

    Another thing i do a lot of the time is heavy for 3 sets, then do a 4th set of the exercise with a resistance band till failure
