    Do full range of motion exercises for shoulder like 6 way shoulder exercise. Lift lighter weights and use drop sets to stimulate growth if the injury prevents you from lifting heavy. Use cable exercises and increase your distance and time under tension with lower weights and reduce rest time. There are many ways to kill a muscle.

    Not going to lie I’m so proud of myself. Been in the gym consistent and picking up weight. You can see the gains. So happy, gotta keep it going.

    is 3 times enough to get noticeable gains in a year? i want to go 5 times a week to accelerate that but s*** i can be so busy sometimes

    whether you can only go 1 time a week or 6 days a week

    as long as you get it in

    we must remember that this is a marathon not a sprint

    Its less about frequency and more about consistency tbh.

    Thats how often I go and I got good results

    Also you gain while you're resting so don't overtrain yourself or youre gonna burn yourself out. Your body needs to recover. Dont sweat them rest days use them to get back in the gym and go stupid

    what you guys eat in the morning for breakfast ?

    i usually only eat twice a day i eat a late breakfast i wake up at 11 because i work at 4 then go to the gym before work then dinner at 730

    just depends how much time i have and if i am going into the office or not, as well as if i worked out, but

    • time crunch meal: high fiber apple & cinnamon oatmeal, strawberries (mixed in the oatmeal) & side of mango slices. + protein shake if i worked out
    • time crunch high protein breakfast: kodak power waffles (thick and fluffy) and sausage links + protein shake
    • high protein breakfast post workout: scrambled eggs (with mostly egg whites and 1 actually egg) mixed with sausage and cheese and other toppings, hash browns and bacon on the side. basically huevos rancheros i guess

    i usually eat oatmeal, blueberries strawberries banana mangos. then 3 eggs or eggwhites then if i have room still lol i eat 1 peanut butter sandwhich an a proten bar those nature valley ones

    Got the most insane muscle strain in my shoulders, couldnt even sleep because of it
