Do full range of motion exercises for shoulder like 6 way shoulder exercise. Lift lighter weights and use drop sets to stimulate growth if the injury prevents you from lifting heavy. Use cable exercises and increase your distance and time under tension with lower weights and reduce rest time. There are many ways to kill a muscle.

Also you gain while you're resting so don't overtrain yourself or youre gonna burn yourself out. Your body needs to recover. Dont sweat them rest days use them to get back in the gym and go stupid
