    Look into calisthenics basically just body weight exercises get a yoga mat and one of those pull up bars that can hook onto your doorframe

    Both rotator cuffs. Idk man, I've been having this problem every year at this point. Idk if it's lack of stretching, lifting too heavy or what. I've taken like half a year rests and still pain. How do y'all handle injuries in general, shoulders and elbows been nagging me these past years.
