    is 3 times enough to get noticeable gains in a year? i want to go 5 times a week to accelerate that but s*** i can be so busy sometimes

    general rule is hit a muscle twice a week if you want it to grow

    squats
    the form is hard to master but when you get it right it really blows your legs the f*** up
    i’ve been lifting for a long ass time and just now have mostly got it down just because i stretch a lot and work on mobility
