Both rotator cuffs. Idk man, I've been having this problem every year at this point. Idk if it's lack of stretching, lifting too heavy or what. I've taken like half a year rests and still pain. How do y'all handle injuries in general, shoulders and elbows been nagging me these past years.

Have you never visited a physiotherapist before?

Exactly, I mean you can ask online to anyone what they would do and that's fine. But if you got a serious injury I would always suggest to see a professional.

Rotator cuff, stability exercises, massages etc. probably all help but a physiotherapist is most of the time able to pinpoint the root of your pain. And thus advice you in a way to prevent it in the future and help treat your (pain) symptoms. But this applies to all injuries. If you f*** around and play for a doctor yourself you probably aren't helping anyone. Trust me on this, I've done it way too many times because I'm stubborn ass.
