kttmzBeen a couple of weeks since I got it, mixed with rotator cuff, stability exercises and some massages the pain is almost entirely away. I can finally hang solely on my right arm again without dying of pain.
Thanks a lot for the advice, lifesaver
i thought these things were gimmicky til an actual massage therapist recommended it
