I've stopped doing them, for rear delt I do similar movement to this, but lift at a 45 degree angle instead of straight out to better isolate
i be f***in that chipotle ..
got indian food instead. chipotle was out of steak and white rice…
This + try using 2 ropes instead of 1. It helps you get better extension imo
i bought 8 kg dumbells at home and I can hit every muscle with them except for the triceps lol.
