the time to blossom is now
try not to go too hard these first couple weeks otherwise u might get OD sore and burn out of it. steady consistent work is better than sporadic intense work. cant wait to see where you'll be this time next year

Jesus Christ dude good s***. I could never make it / maintain to that level. I’m probably like 17% body fat right now, hoping to get down to like 13% by ~May. Then after that I’ll probably fall off again and slowly go back to like 20% lol

Thanks g, i honestly don’t know how i maintain it. I’m trying to bulk a bit this year in my lower half so working with that is gonna switch up.
You can get there too, just takes some time and experimentation

How many calories do you eat a day? Do you eat "healthy" or do like an IIFYM type thing?
Yeah I'm pretty confident I'll get up there, I was around there in college for a while, but then I went on a long trip where I didn't lift or watch what I ate, and then couldn't get back into a groove after that. But I feel like I'm back in a groove now, so it'll happen.
But unfortunately I'll start a new job in July that'll suck up all my time and I'll probably fall off again lol

Uhhh I’d say probably over 3000. I usually eat the same thing everyday for breakfast, 2 bowls of Kashi wheats cereal and some fruit, for lunch 2 whole grain pb+ banana sandwiches and a protein shake, post workout protein shake, and for dinner 1.5pounds broccoli, 2 chicken breasts, and a sweet potato
I totally feel that, i have a new side job coming up and i know fitness is gonna have to be put on the back burner for a bit

I was waiting for it to be listed track by track but you might be on to something

damn I've been eating like 2000 or so calories a day and it f***ing sucks lmao. But it's easier rn cause I literally have nothing to do all day everyday until July, so I'm trying to just go hard af until then.
But we'll pull through
Just gotta keep the routine going and it'll be no problem
