Hey y’all, I’m a very skinny person, always have been, but I just weighed myself yesterday and I am severely underweight relative to what I usually am. I’m not noticing myself eating any less but I’ve lost over 10 lbs in the span of a month which is abnormal for me personally. What can I do to healthily gain more weight?
I’m not into fitness or anything unfortunately so I have no idea where to even begin with something like this, any help is appreciated!

I posted in your thread but it’d probably be good to start a basic lifting routine as your ramp up your calories so your body puts those calories to good use
Something simple like Bill Stars 5x5 or Rippetoe’s Starting Strength

Could very well be stress. I started an internship in January that’s pretty much a full time job that I’m not getting paid for, so I’ve been stressing about that heavily lol

not saying it’s realistic for you to get out, but nothing is worth your mental health
if you have a hard time eating enough. try incorporating protein shakes into your diet and double up on them
it's good to workout everyday
by that , I mean its good to get in some light cardio on rest days
go for a nice walk and get those steps up , friends

its good to do if even only for a week or two so that you understand better what your intake is. helps with better intuitive awareness when you're not tracking
