I made some with bean sprouts, bamboo shoot, cabbage, sweet potato, and carrots for my vegan friends on New Years
But it’s the frying that makes it bad tbh
Been counting calories pretty strictly and if I keep pace I should get to goal by end of May. Just a good 5 months of this to go!

Idk if it would help but I got a Theragun recently and s*** is amazing. Got it for recovery and muscle soreness, but I thought I f***ed my bicep and elbow up and was able to use the gun and s*** went away. Helps me with wrist tightness from being on a computer all day at work too

Hey y’all, I’m a very skinny person, always have been, but I just weighed myself yesterday and I am severely underweight relative to what I usually am. I’m not noticing myself eating any less but I’ve lost over 10 lbs in the span of a month which is abnormal for me personally. What can I do to healthily gain more weight?
I’m not into fitness or anything unfortunately so I have no idea where to even begin with something like this, any help is appreciated!
