So my body’s starting to break down. Just started lifting heavily and consistently for first time in like 4 years and seems like my body can’t handle it. Think I injured both labrums and now my elbow is starting to hurt. Any help here? Labrum is killing my bench. Was at 275-295 for 8 a few weeks ago, now I’m struggling to do 225 for the same amount
Put in deload weeks or breaks every 6-8 weeks? You ain't just supposed to go heavy all the time lol. Also don't expect huge jumps in strength after you start getting past 200lbs+. If you're looking for more numbers then it might be worth looking for a new programme.

Yea, think I might do some deloads. Honestly man, we’ve been progressing pretty quickly. If my shoulder didn’t mess up, pretty sure I would’ve hit 365 or close to it. Goal was to hit 400 by March
