Any of yall ever had a hernia?
What happened post op? How long it took yall to recover and be able to exercise again?
This is the 3rd time ive suffered a bad injury from lifting weights so I will probably leave the weight room for good... will probably replace lifting weights with swimming and cardio

Can't speak on the hernia but good on you for realizing that lifting heavy isn't the only way to be fit. Maybe give rock climbing a try?
I don't lift heavy because I have a light case of ehlers danlos so my body tryna just fall apart on me and heavy weight f*** me up. So I stick with dumbbells and bodyweight stuff and cycling.
Hope you find what works best for you and continue your journey.

Ty bro ❤ it was a tough ass decision but definitely one that I had to make
i had this situation a few weeks ago where i ate so much i threw it all up
now after that i find myself struggling to finish my food sometimes
like literally being unable to chew it
has anyone else been in a situation like this before?
Back day was a movie. Really focused on new grips and movements . Feeling pumped in parts of my back I've never felt before
Never done an ab exercise and I got more of a six pack than you mfs
Love seeing people at the gym doing like 30 minutes of abs for nothing. Eat right, squat and a few accessory exercises a week will have anyone looking right

Any exercise tips for improving your posture, as well as alternatives for people that can't do a proper pushup, situp, or touch they toes?

Check out Antranik on YouTube.
Basically start progressing through bodyweight exercises, incline pushups, forearm planks, negative pullups, etc. He has some routines and s*** and also focuses on proper form and flexibility.
Physical therapy going well got lots of good and tough stuff to do to help my foot get stronger and heal properly. Also been loving the new dumbbells. Hope to ride my bicycle again for the first time in a couple months this week.

Is there like a particular playlist for beginners to start off with, dude has a lot of videos, what do I watch first?

Go to his videos and filter by most popular. Check out his proper pushup one, bodyline drills, and he has a yoga for posture video as well. That will be a good place to start off. You can also check out the r/bodyweightfitness recommended routine as a place to start.

No problem man. You can really make a lot of progress with no/minimal equipment at home especially as a beginner.
