Nah i don’t hold the handles. And I’ve always done cardio at the beginning, it helps me get warmed up & focused. You prefer it at the end?

oh nah im cutting hahaha. I pretty much do a refeed once a week and carb up. Gives me more energy. Im cutting at 1860 calories and refeed is 2460 once a week(I choose friday).
I'm currently following Kinobody's WSP program and its pretty good so far.

i‘m currently going two times a week and as soon as my gym membership runs out i‘m going to start a membership there. They got enough equipment in the training area and i‘m doing calisthenics two times so that perfectly compliments each other.

Bulgarian split squats are incredible. I'm pretty s*** atm for now but hope to do at least 50lbs each by september

I think I was probably around v4.0, could do v3.0s easy and then could eventually figure out v5.0s - really wanna get back into it.
That sounds ideal tbh, being able to climb and train all in the one place.
The issue with my local gym was that it was always crazy busy when I could go (weekday evenings after work)

Yep they’re goat. Once you feel comfortable with balancing you can progress to two dumbbells and then a barbell. I feel the carryover to the normal back squat with with the barbell variation is insane.
