    i’ve been stress eating and gaining weight like crazy
    i should’ve known i would gain some back after losing a substantial amount of weight. I really need to get back on track and take it day by day

    Had a scrawny dude stare me down when he was walking with his girl at the mall one time. I was like wtf?

    Like I just came for some boba/bubble tea

    Or like how they would stand in front of they girl to make sure they blocking her view of you when he sees you approaching insecure mfs

    You do realize these apps let you copy and paste meals from previous days right? No need to track more than once

    when i did intermittent fasting in 2018-2019, i was about 7-8% BF. I got so tired of doing it, but it’s insane how much it helps you lose

    gum and nicotine (vape) was my method when i was younger

    now my metabolism slower ive just been accustomed to ignoring it because ive already met my target calories and macros for the day
