stretch! drink more water, and if you feel too sore don’t overwork yourself and REST! if you don’t give your muscles time to rest you will hinder your progress

It gets much easier once you start logging your food. Makes spotting where you f*** up at, or what you need less stressful. Allows for more consistency.

I like to train this way In general. I think focusing on strength(heavier lifts, less volume) is better. But if you’re cutting stick with how U currently lift, u wanna minimize any kinda muscle loss and possibly even gain some while on the cut. Best way to do that is stick to current program to keep all factors the same
