Tbh if you want tons of frequency try out PPL. It's 6 days a week.

Don’t know if this is the right thread for this, but can anyone recommend me a good magnesium powder/liquid? I have GERD so I have trouble swallowing the big ass capsules.
As an aside, I have a triple complex supplement that’s in capsule form, can I open the capsules and pour the powder into a drink, or is that inadvisable for magnesium?

Last year. Around this time i was 192lbs
and in a month i dropped to 176lb
i stopped for a bit ( like 10 months)
and was slowly gaining weight back.
round new years i was reaching that high 180's again. i was like 188. and i was like ahh f***.
i had this one job where i was OD doing 20k steps a a day.
and that got me down to 178. but im not there anymore and so i kno i had to get my diet right.
and my s*** together.
I started my journey again april 1st as i was 178ish.
currently at 172 at the tail end of the month whilst not doing any workouts.
Starting May though ima kick it up a notch so i can reach my goal of 150-155 a lil faster.
ill be doing the exercises i was doing last year. with weight training at least twice a week.
