body really coming together, not in terms of physique yet, but in terms of pain. shoulder pain gone in all my exercises and I got a wicked pump going on push day today.
Squats progressing, slowly. Want to work my up to 6 maybe 7 clean reps before I add weight
Yall do 6-8 reps heavier weights or 10-12 but bit lighter
even higher sometimes but always close to failure because that's what helps with hypertrophy. but my muscular/skeletal system kinda fragile so that's the main reason why. 5x5 style workouts always give me small nagging injuries in my joints/ligaments/muscles.
i like to be able to rock 15 reps a set before upping weight. but again this personal based on my body and goals

I regularly switch up my rep range relative to weight for compound lifts. Isolation work I mainly stick to 8-12 but so long as you’re not injury prone I think low rep ranges are great too.

yea and i feel my entire body getting better with it as well and just getting more overall athletic rather than upping the weight on an isolation or sum
still hit those too tho
Started going slower on my reps and balancing my cycling cardio better so my diet wasn't so absurd. S*** is hard to juggle and tweak.
