i know it ain't all muscle or even fat, decent water gain from the creatine, but bruh I've finally got my diet to the point where this gain just comes easy
You're better off cutting now then doing a lean bulk later on.
And no, you won't lose all of your muscles, you'll retain them or if you're a true novice gain a little.
If you bulk now, you'll be cutting for a good awful amount of time and really might become obese.
Hi, thanks for your response. I just got my B.M.I checked and my body fat(%): 24.9% which is a little above average for my height and weight. I'm just a bit wary about cutting because I don't think I'm that strong, so I don't want to lose that strength.
Was 190-191 maybe a month or two months ago? Havent been tracking it.
Weighed in at 185-184 today.

You could definitely recomp, eat at maintenance, you will gain muscle without gaining fat or at worse, gain small amount of fat.
If you do decide to straight up bulk, you only need a 300 daily calorie surplus max.
Not 500, not 1000, not 1500. Just 300.
Workout hard, sleep good, and get .82g protein per lb of bodyweight and you should see results.
Well, I just started taking Turkesterone.
I'm positive it's probably a scam but I decided to try it anyways, taking 4 a day.
I know for a fact when I add weight to my OHP next week I should stall, if I blow past it then it's doing something.
You bout to catch me. Thats whatsup! Keep it up
you betcha! I've always been a skinny ass mf so I'm just gonna bulk bulk bulk through the rest of 2022 and see where I'm at
Wanna lose some weight
Hitting the lifts first 3-4 times a week
10 reps 30-40 lb Dumb bells
10 reps those things you pull from up top diagonally while standing making a 90 degree angle each time for your chest (not sure what weight, quite heavy tho)
Then shoulders (pulling a vertical bar down widely gipped from above my head, I guess seated bench press)? 10 reps
Then one minute fast on the stair master
Then however many jump ropes I can do
Repeat everything at least 3 more times without much break time in between sets
Finish it off with 30 minutes on treadmill 3.0 speed 15.0 incline
Coming in here to say that I'm gonna get ripped once I leave my job.
Gonna look good, be broke, and give my girl good d*** lmao
@GodsFavoritePerson asking u cuz i remember u dropped some good knowledge on creatine, but its super easy for me to have my two small protein shakes at work, but I struggle to do it on weekends cuz I have so many more food options at home, so I hit my macros on food alone sat/sun. But I'm doing 5g creatine in each of those two shakes on weekdays. Think there's any issue with doing 10g weekdays but none on weekends? Or should I just buck up and make sure I have at least one shake on the weekends so I can get that 5g on weekends.
i feel like im overthinkin it but idk lol
just seeing this homie. @KWL is pretty much spot on with his reply tho. Once ur body has those optimal creatine levels, taking it 5 days a week isnt gonna cause a problem.

I will.
Here's my training schedule for the week. By all means I SHOULD stall on OHP and Bench. I'm taking 6 a day and even after this crazy bench press session feel more recovered.

We'll see how far this numbers go till July 1st.
(My Thursday and Saturday assistance is actually just split squats)
Kinda wanna work out tomorrow just so I can hit 10 days in a row ๐
Bro take a rest day lmfao
