So far I think the turkesterone is working.
I added reps on my OHP with heavier weight (5lbs)
Last time it was grueling and I couldn't do more than 5 or 4
I did 7 reps 4 times in a row so far.
First 3 sets had 3 min rest, 4th set had 5 min rest.

ive been copping random vegan protein powders and nothing ever gave me any issues

Here's my training schedule for the week. By all means I SHOULD stall on OHP and Bench. I'm taking 6 a day and even after this crazy bench press session feel more recovered.

We'll see how far this numbers go till July 1st.
(My Thursday and Saturday assistance is actually just split squats)

. Who knows tho you might not stall. Heard some crazy things about that s***. Like after a month, a few guys 3-5 rep max benches going up 10-20 lbs. talking advanced lifters too like 7+ years of training.
Been intermittent fasting and doing low carb and it has worked well for me but recently I’ve been working out more so upped the protein. Feeling much better 😩🙏🏾🔥 seeing some noticeable gains too 😩

2 scoops whey, Greek yogurt afternoon, 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg for breakfast.
Need to add some chicken breast or something in my afternoon meal
What are your guys thoughts on creatine... ive had a few friends recommend it but others think it isnt real gains

don't think I've would have my current physique without doing lsd in the past really woke my mind of how far I can push my body physically if I put in effort
