weighed in at 155 today
was at 150 jan 4th
creepin in the right direction
gotta start taking lifting seriously again
i've been going every day for a while but if the diet doesn't follow then it's all for nothing
I haven't been working out but I stopped running at Christmas (got Covid).
So I've put on weight.
My parents just say I've filled out and that it looks good.
BMI shows 24.9, just short of being overweight.
I want to get bigger, really bulk up like Tom Hardy in Bane.
Should I just go for bulk first and worry about losing the extra pounds after that?
lifting before cardio?
Or cardio before lifting?
For tht sweet fat burn

lift then cardio
Hi I'm wondering if anyone here could help me out. I'm looking to get a physique similar to Tom Holland's in the picture below:

At present I'm 28/5'8"/150lb with a skinny fat physique with a poor diet and a clear lack of definition due to not working out something which I'm aiming to change and i realise this is something that won't transpire overnight and it's a consistent process over a gradual amount of time.
There's just so much conflicting fitness advice online I'd figure that posting in pic in here might set me straight on the right path. I have a considerable amount of body fat around my waist, but i'm clearly not big enough to do a cut otherwise there wouldn't be anything left 😅, so i welcome any type of advice or recommendation to help me get to my body goals.

Thanks👍

Little bit of cardio to get your heartbeat up can't hurt, but lift first for sure.
Finally being able to work out at the gym with out a mask in LA

he’s lean and muscular
if i was you i’d figure out what your TDEE and maintenance calories are (google calorie calculator) and eat a few hundred calories above it, focus on your protein intake (1g of protein per pound of lean body mass, or 1g of protein per pound of body weight if you have trouble calculating that) and focus on progressive overload
as far as workouts the easiest way to gain mass is push pull legs split

jeff nippard is a good point of reference for any scientific based explanations to your fitness question. jpgcoaching on tik tok has good fitness advice and workouts as well. it’s simple but it’s not easy

my b for the double post
but i think you’ll be less confused once you pick one goal. do you want to bulk up or cut down? then i can help you with more specific pointers
for reference i’m 5’8-5’9 (idk tbh) and have been cutting down from covid weight gain, im around 175 right now and around 14-15% body fat, around 150 lean body mass. the weird editing is to conceal cause people weird on this site but to give you a general reference of how you can change your body composition slowly

Leg pressed 470lbs today
I was copying whatever my coworker was doing playing keep up. She got some killer legs.
A nice tail too👀
posting itt for the first time in a while just to say
rip zyzz
man was thinking about him when I read about how Shane Warne died
i gotta walk such a delicate balance when it comes to the intensity of my workouts smh
I'm sure i got some soft tissue genetic problem on some ehlers danlos type beat
Looking to pack on about 20lb then i'll cut down that looks like the route that makes the most sense 'cause if i cut i'll lose my strengh and that's not going a help me builds muscle.
That's a sick physique dude
