Social media esp IG and TikTok nowadays really succeed in putting others down because of incredibly self absorbed creators that may lead you to think "I'll never be good enough"
Truth is the only way to go is forward so keep going to the gym, eating well and sleeping right and you'll achieve your goals eventually
