    if u ain't comfortable with squats that's a sign not to shy away from them but to work on them and become more confident in em

    if u can't squat atg u gotta work on that

    id say ppl with knee/foot injuries get a pass but i have a titanium plate on my knee and regularly squat so

    Elbow brace was screwing up circulation but 225 incline was feeling very light. Need a new shoulder brace. 315 for 10 regular bench is easy money now. Path to 500 bench.

    Does pre-workout really help? I had one long time ago and used to take half a scoop so my body didnt get used to the thing right away

    Also, thoughts on whey protein possibly affecting your sperm count

    My belly is the last too go. I’m about 18% bf on a bulk and I have to stop thinking about the fat around my mid section

    watched a few videos from Minus The Gym and now im hyped to go home and workout. specifically the one he did on how prisoners get big and lean

    like duh if ppl in prison can get big and lean on a pretty mid diet and almost no equipment, there's absolutely nothing in my way but myself

    not smoking weed is the key for me i think

    my appetite never been so strong now that it's out my system. and now that my various receptors in my brain arent getting gigafucked by herb i have much higher levels of clarity and motivation. it's all coming together lads

    and lsd has been hugely impactful in my growth as a person

    don't think I've would have my current physique without doing lsd in the past really woke my mind of how far I can push my body physically if I put in effort

    that mid-trip strength and mind muscle connection really hit different

    hit my max pullups in the middle of a nice 100ug journey lol

    After 5 months of 5 3 1 here are the results

    October first. 6'2" 204lbs

    My stats all 1 rep max Oct 1st
    Bench 165
    Squat 225
    OHP 110
    Deadlift 275

    March 1st BW 209lbs
    Bench 205
    Squat 295lbs
    Strict paused OHP 135lbs x 2
    Deadlift 340lbs

    So you can make good progress with a low volume high intensity training regime.

    I could have made more progress of I didn't cut for 3 weeks or so.

    Moving on to nsuns 6 day

    Yeah also you don't need to gain 2lbs week to get stronger, I only gained 6lbs or 5lbs in 5 months.

    No need to become obese. There's no difference in muscle gained with lean bulk vs dirty/clean heavy bulk. You just get fat as hell.

    started more accurately tracking my workouts with FitNotes

    love that u can add your own exercises in cuz they aint got s*** for the PT stuff I do as well as kettlebells.

    figured since im finally (basically) done with my recovery that I can start on that slow progressive overload grind.
