Elbow brace was screwing up circulation but 225 incline was feeling very light. Need a new shoulder brace. 315 for 10 regular bench is easy money now. Path to 500 bench.

My belly is the last too go. I’m about 18% bf on a bulk and I have to stop thinking about the fat around my mid section
watched a few videos from Minus The Gym and now im hyped to go home and workout. specifically the one he did on how prisoners get big and lean
like duh if ppl in prison can get big and lean on a pretty mid diet and almost no equipment, there's absolutely nothing in my way but myself

So you can make good progress with a low volume high intensity training regime.
I could have made more progress of I didn't cut for 3 weeks or so.
Moving on to nsuns 6 day
Yeah also you don't need to gain 2lbs week to get stronger, I only gained 6lbs or 5lbs in 5 months.
No need to become obese. There's no difference in muscle gained with lean bulk vs dirty/clean heavy bulk. You just get fat as hell.
