Slowly making progress. Went from 115 lbs deadlift to 200 in a month.
Gonna keep making small increases. I’m happy about the results. Never lifted before this year.

Just getting back in gym after 2 years
getting back in the hardest part
now just doing it daily or every other day cause I be bored anyway feels good to be active

Sorry for the s*** quality.
So I took a break from Youfit last week and a bunch of days off to recover mentally and physically. What I'm most excited about are my calves growing! I mean they're liddle af still but they're bigger.

I was 174 in October but depression knocked my ass back to 157lbs
Just started whey for the first time in well over 2 years.
Currently 164lbs. (I'm a short king) trying to get to 180lbs by December.

Muscletech
might be the best tasting one I've had. Mine was like 22 bucks. I dig it because I've had some crazy before that used to have me sweating crazy (I already sweat a lot). It was gross
I feel like that too now. Being an adult is so busy and time consuming that I don't wanna do s*** after work sometimes. And I don't wanna be working out more than I'm creating.
Edit i didn't even peep the $7 tag. What a deal

Because I had surgery on both feet a few years back I'm always scared to do them by myself. Plus I worry if I'm gonna snap my s*** up in some way. AND my balance is ass.
I was doing them on a machine but have entirely switched to leg press machine
