if i keep a daily caloric deficit of 1000 yeah its possible
i literally eat the same thing everyday which amounts to about 2000 calories and on average i burn about 3700 calories
its all projected by the Fitbit app and im pretty confident i just gotta take less cheat days if i want to get there on schedule

Always been more into bodybuilding/powerlifting but for the past few months or so I've been fully concentrating on bodyweight hiit workouts.
S*** is so good and has probably been the best way I've found of losing weight when cutting rather than doing just pure cardio (running etc). It's hard though. Full body 3x a week is cool for a while when you’re getting into the routine but once you build up work capacity and discipline… upper lower 4x a week is much more satisfying. I’m in the gym for less overall hours but somehow getting more frequency on my body overall. I hit everything twice a week + yoke work
