I shrunk. Journey to 250 back on. Was struggling to bench 225 incline. Ordered shoulder and elbow braces. Should be good to go

Nsuns 531 looks really good. Im not running it but sort of basing my program off it with ramping sets and then a back off set with my strength movements

I'm taking it for grappling rather than weightlifting since it seems to contribute towards short bursts of activity (1-5mins) which are how long sparring rounds go for
Unfortunately I do train at night so I'd rather not take caffeine

Multiple people probably already told you but try a different program.
Hell try strongman routine if you want something way different

I have gone everyday in last 2 weeks expect one day only cause I was so tired from work and I crashed out when I got home
if i keep a daily caloric deficit of 1000 yeah its possible
i literally eat the same thing everyday which amounts to about 2000 calories and on average i burn about 3700 calories
its all projected by the Fitbit app and im pretty confident i just gotta take less cheat days if i want to get there on schedule
