    As long as it’s 100% pure creatine monohydrate you’ll be fine. Should be able to get a jar for about $10-$15

    i need some advice, i have just recovered from covid (off gym for 3 weeks) and going back to the gym next week

    i struggled to eat and basically lost 4kg/8pounds, lost some arm size and feel small. i was coming up to the end of my bulk before i got covid what do you guys recommend i do now to get back to where i was? and how long do you think that will take?

    I’d say just get back to what you were doing, take it slow if you need to. But your muscles will remember where they were, and it shouldn’t take long at all to get back.

    Been natural for 4 weeks now. Done with pct and I feel great. Still have my strength and my diet is keeping my size up.

    Inject or pills. I was debating on this a few years back and didn’t want to inject anything

    I’m about 245 right now. Need to get down to ~190. I had gotten down to 220 but I got back in the gym first time since the pandemic a few months back and regained my muscle mass pretty quickly

    I had tested my bench in august and only got 255 up lol

    Where tf are you supposed to get protein from, I really don't have the resources to consistently buy protein sups.

    Yea, I feel that. I’ve been bulking up heavily, 230ish rn. I hadn’t really gone up in weight in like 5 years but now finally doing so. Lifts go up quick when actually consistent

    the biggest deterrent for me not taking gear is all the s*** you gotta do afterwards

    like i literally can't be f***ed doing a PCT s*** is way too convoluted for me. that on top of the constant blood work too

    Facts my boy said f*** PCT after his cycle and now has ED at 25 fuuuck that

    Just benched 365, no spot. I think I can hit 385 possibly 400.
    I’m gonna attempt 400 before year end. Screw it. Elbow hurting still tho

    Trust I can tell when it’s fake weights most of the time. But yeah some of these kids are on peds young af. Still insane tho. A lot of your gym goers at commercial gyms are on roids too but even then you very rarely see 365+ benchers.

    Tiktok just makes us more aware of the Genetic hyperelites tbh

    it’s sad tbh they didn’t even try to see what their potential is naturally at such a young age i’ve thought about it but all those thoughts immediately go away when i realize i haven’t even touched my natural potential and i’m not as young as them

    Honestly bro, idk if it was the energy drink I had before but this weight was kinda easy. Ngl. I was actually surprised. Usually when I’m lifting too heavy, I get light headed which is dangerous
