the biggest deterrent for me not taking gear is all the s*** you gotta do afterwards
like i literally can't be f***ed doing a PCT s*** is way too convoluted for me. that on top of the constant blood work too
Yeah fam imma take it easy. Dont think its anything crazy, feels like a nerve or muscle is stuck or something like that
How u feel now? What symptoms u got?
U might have a bulging disc making u have sciatica, feelin like a nerve is stuck, might have tingling down ur leg
Do about 5-6 1min deadhangs a day along with mckenzie press-ups
Stretch ur hip flexors and hamstrings too and if that doesnt fix it try doin the McGill big 3 for a while
Also switch to horizontal leg press
I feel strong af in the gym then I go on tiktok and see some 17 year old benching 405
fake weights

Appreciate all the advise fam
Didnt do legs since, popped some painkillers to be able to walk properly and yesterday when I was in the gym again I was able to crack the s*** out my lower back and most of the pain disappeared since
Also def switching back to horizontal press, my previous gym only had the horizontal and I never experienced pain back then. The other one makes it hard for me to keep an L form while doing em, which causes pressure in my lower back
i need some advice, i have just recovered from covid (off gym for 3 weeks) and going back to the gym next week
i struggled to eat and basically lost 4kg/8pounds, lost some arm size and feel small. i was coming up to the end of my bulk before i got covid what do you guys recommend i do now to get back to where i was? and how long do you think that will take?
Feel good about losing weight but I've noticed I have basically no meat on my shoulders and that looks kinda weird. Any good workouts to pump em up?

like as hard as you can sustain it

I try my hardes to stay consistent but I got a sinus infection and that put me out for two weeks, then I was back in for almost 2 months then caught covid and it put me out for a month. I've been back at it for a few weeks now but finals testing me a bit.

means it's not sustainable for you
my only tip would be to set a reasonable minimum target every week and try to stick to it.
with lifting I try to do minimum two sessions a week and cardio wise I try to get in my 150 minutes weekly too.
it took time to get to that point as well so don't try to do too much if you know you can't do it consistently.
good luck og
