And drink hella water too

Tried cutting and it didn't workout for me.
Since I'm skinny I'll just recomp at a very slight decift.
It's gonna take a year for me to look better buy I don't care. I just couldn't for the life of me eat at a decfit.
The food I was eating to get my protein in was strange, had to eat like 75g of carbs max a day.
I weigh 200lbs so I shot for at least 200g a day of protein

im probably at 2.5k cal but i need to hit like 3.5k, it's hard cuz I'm at my girls house during the week and I have school 9-5
like i eat 500 cal breakfast, bring 2 sammiches (750) to school, come home eat dinner (500) and I usually eat another dinner (500)

A lot of Rice, beans, meat, and a Ensure.
Will do wonders.

Focus on recovering quickly, so that you can get back to training
In order to recover fast, take it easy, so that you can go hard, when the time is right

Ever since I started taking this new whey powder my ass has been noticeably smellier when I work out. I got up from the row machine and a lass was waiting for me to get up so she could use it and as I rose up I could just smell the funk fill the air, no way she didn’t smell it even with the mask ok.
I ran to the bathroom to check me pants for any brown streaks. I was so embarrassed I didn’t finish me programme.
What should I do?
