some protein powders have all sorts of chemical s*** / fillers in them

Make sure you keep wiping until the toilet paper comes out clean

Recently I been experimenting with minimal-style workouts
Leg day:
4 sets of squats
4 sets of RDLs
And I'm outta the gym
The key is that those 4 sets are HEAVY and high quality

If you’re going to do this, it’s more advantageous to do a multiple body part split. Throw in a heavy bench or overhead press. Only adds about 15 minutes and you’ve targeted another muscle with sufficient stimuli. And then on your ‘chest focused day’ throw in another squat session
This is what the best natty programs like stronglifts and starting strength are based around.

I’ve been drinking it for years but not daily.
Want to make quick smoothie in the morning with whey so I can sleep longer and wake up, shower and be out.
Currently, breakfast takes around 40-50 min to cook and eat. Could be instead sleeping than wasting so much time on it.
afaik it’s safe to drink daily and doesn’t have any harmful stuff that could have effects in the long run.

Completely healthy. I don’t use whey much just because I’m cutting and I get enough protein from meals but nothing wrong with having whey daily.

Look up fierce 5 and do that.
You need to eat 300 calories above maintenance MAX.
If you workout appropriately you'll gain weight and considerable muscle as well.
Go hard in the gym, have a strict protein rich diet and get plenty of sleep.

I do 5 3 1 because I primarily want to build strength more than anything else
