    What is everyone 1 rep max on bench

    Havent tried a 1RM in a while. Started lifting 2.5 years ago and prolly last I tried a bench 1rm was within my first year. Just too nervous to really push it, seen my boy tear his pec before going for a 1rm s*** scarred me. So I just use the 1 rep estimator calculator. But anyway I just hit 225 for 2 sets of 16 this Saturday. Estimated 1rm by the calculator is 345, but I can barely hit 275 for 6 so my real 1rm likely between 310-325.

    Some people drink straight pasteurized egg whites for protein. I can't do that, disgusting.

    So instead I made a strawberry banana egg white Smoothie

    Frozen Strawberries 300g
    1 banana 200g
    1 pint of egg whites

    Macros

    Banana 180 calories
    Strawberries 90 calories
    Egg whites 200 calories

    470 calories - 50g protein - 79g carbs no fat

    well with overweight ppl, fat distributes to different places, same as muscle. obese ppl are all around fat

    so if u lose that weight and dont end up with ripped calves it means u werent walking around much or at all

    my feet used to be on FIRE after an 8 hour shift
