    so as gyms opened in canada i went back after a year an half off, i started doing squats this week can do 2 plates still and today i dead lifted an was surprised i can still do 3 plates im very impressed with myself that i can still do this after not going for so long

    Been praising this girl and giving her props for her weight loss and she told me today she had surgery before hand, some procedure to do with her stomach.

    How do we feel about people who do this? I was taken aback lmao. Idk where I stand on this tbh

    I hope I’m not coming off as insensitive here, I know it’s a touchy subject.

    i wear baggy ass clothes most of the time and dont have a full body mirror so i never saw how underweight i was. Then he put me on the scale and i was like

    In months there should be a difference. Im already changing my diet ate a f*** ton (to me rn) this morning feelin good

    On god bro. Im eating 3 meals a day for the first time since like 4th grade. and snacking on yogurt and ham sandwiches, nuts in the middle of it. But since im eating clean, it dont really do much calorie wise still. Even tho i feel better physically just by eating regularly

    I desperately need to get some shakes fr. I need liquid calories
