so as gyms opened in canada i went back after a year an half off, i started doing squats this week can do 2 plates still and today i dead lifted an was surprised i can still do 3 plates im very impressed with myself that i can still do this after not going for so long

On god bro. Im eating 3 meals a day for the first time since like 4th grade. and snacking on yogurt and ham sandwiches, nuts in the middle of it. But since im eating clean, it dont really do much calorie wise still. Even tho i feel better physically just by eating regularly
