On god bro. Im eating 3 meals a day for the first time since like 4th grade. and snacking on yogurt and ham sandwiches, nuts in the middle of it. But since im eating clean, it dont really do much calorie wise still. Even tho i feel better physically just by eating regularly

yeah dude buy a blender, i posted my recipe a couple pages back, its pretty simple, just some peanut butter, banana, protein powder, oats and its like 800 cal and its 8oz so its super easy to down fast!

if you don't do the other half (eating) literally all of your efforts are in vain
thinking about that just makes me scarf s*** down

shoulders traps and pecs starting to round out, ive never had much of an upper body

Been super consistent since getting back to gym last July restarted at 140 and worked way up to training max 200 one rep max 220 right now. Do isolation exercises often too lower upper. Have been sort of inconsistent with diet tho that s*** is hard

What’s pilates like? Want to try it, think it has many benefits but when I’ve gone it has mainly been women. Bat s*** crazy ones or free-spirited ones too I might add 😭🤣 I hate socialising with them so have only gone for a tour but never did a class 😭🤣
