    On god bro. Im eating 3 meals a day for the first time since like 4th grade. and snacking on yogurt and ham sandwiches, nuts in the middle of it. But since im eating clean, it dont really do much calorie wise still. Even tho i feel better physically just by eating regularly

    I desperately need to get some shakes fr. I need liquid calories

    yeah dude buy a blender, i posted my recipe a couple pages back, its pretty simple, just some peanut butter, banana, protein powder, oats and its like 800 cal and its 8oz so its super easy to down fast!

    i just think about it; going to gym is half the battle
    if you don't do the other half (eating) literally all of your efforts are in vain
    thinking about that just makes me scarf s*** down

    i've gained 4 pounds in the past month shoulders traps and pecs starting to round out, ive never had much of an upper body

    Been praising this girl and giving her props for her weight loss and she told me today she had surgery before hand, some procedure to do with her stomach.

    How do we feel about people who do this? I was taken aback lmao. Idk where I stand on this tbh

    5 lbs from 2 plates and chest is nowhere near as aesthetic as I thought it would be do I just need to change my diet even more load up on protein

    would say it's many factors, # of reps/sets, how long you been building for, macros/diet and of course genes.

    Been super consistent since getting back to gym last July restarted at 140 and worked way up to training max 200 one rep max 220 right now. Do isolation exercises often too lower upper. Have been sort of inconsistent with diet tho that s*** is hard

    Hmm possibly is diet then, likely not getting enough protein too. What's making it hard for you?

    My chest arms and shoulders always look insane after workout they just look bland day to day when I’m resting

    What’s pilates like? Want to try it, think it has many benefits but when I’ve gone it has mainly been women. Bat s*** crazy ones or free-spirited ones too I might add 😭🤣 I hate socialising with them so have only gone for a tour but never did a class 😭🤣

    Depends on your bodyfat percentage
    If you're bulked hitting 2 plates then yeah maybe you wont look the greatest
    IF youre cut hitting 2 plates youll look like your name is Jack

    5'9 160lbs decently cut still got more body fat than I want at like 15% ish
