Deadlifted today for the first time in a really long time. My hamstrings are sore like 4-5 hours later, but that’s probably to be expected right? Like it hurts to walk up stairs.

keep up the good work man
see you dropping that fat!! the 10-12% is a great idea
when you do go for that bulk you're gonna see a drastic change so be ready
nothing like a cold shower after an intense session
and somehow the water doesnt feel that cold even if it's at its lowest
but I always give myself at least 20 minutes to cool down before jumping in
this stuff makes me feel alive!
I firmly believe that you can eat whatever you want if you put enough work in
you just have to have the resolve to burn what you eat and vice versa

oh fosure, its real simple
as long as it meets your calorie requirements
obviously there are nutritional benefits in eating right, but it is what it is

You got some good insertions man keep up the good work. Delts & chest seem to be a strong point. I’d get into powerlifting if I were u when u end up doing that bulk. Go on an extended 6 month bulk with a standard powerlifting program. You’ll do your upper body a favor

Appreciate it bro, why powerlifting u think? Ive been doing good on a routine which incorporates powerlifting and bodybuilding i was thinking to continue something like that

BACK DAY
WEEK 0
I NEED MY LATS TO EXPLODE
FEW MONTHS FROM NOW IMA SAY EXCUSE ME WHILE I WALK THRU THIS DOOR SIDEWAYS IM TOO WIDE
I’ve been back in the gym for about three weeks now since I was cleared from my injury. I’ve completely shifted my mentality from lifting heavy s*** constantly to focusing on cardiovascular and trying to implement more of a plyometric/balanced type of regimen. Only thing that sucks is it seems like it’s so difficult for me to drop weight but I’m gonna keep trying

Facts man. Truthfully PT has been eye opening for me and I realized that I was too focused on throwing up the heaviest weight possible but now I’m more concerned about being fit as I get older. Really trying to become more flexible, agile, and improve my dexterity
comeback season coming soon
Think imma have to join the early morning gym gang. Flop outta bet at 5:30-6 and just hop in the car and go workout. It's the only time that I'll be able to be consistent with.

Ya that’s good. Honestly from my experience I feel like natty lifting needs to really be fixated on intensity, atleast for the first 1-2 excercises if your workout. There’s a certain quality to the muscle (esp major ones) that you only get from lifting heavy. Haven’t really went in-depth into it so can’t break it down to u scientifically yet. But that’s what I’ve seen from experience. You get some roundness in your muscle bellies that really makes ur physique pop out. & once u downsize & trim the fat down the vascularity makes it look even more impressive. I’ll post some of my progress pics below so u can see. ThiS was during lockdown when I stopped lifting for 6 months & then 6 months after it in December when I was at my heaviest. Last one is a month ago. I still need to lose 15-20 lbs to look decent but you’ll see the progress in shear thickness when ur standing next to someone else. I think that kind of development really needs a powerlifting routine at the core of your workout

You have good shoulder/chest genetics. If u focus on those + bring up ur lats & traps a bit more you’d look sick af esp since ur waist is narrow.
