Haven't worked out in 3 years but used to do it hella from 14-18 but past few years just lost gains

your fine if you eat more you can push more also i am 5'7 i use to dead lift 3-4 plates so you can do it depending on what you wanna fo bulk or cut also i am half way to in between

for me i would have to be like 200 to lift as much as u
i workout from home because the gyms r closed in canada since last year around September so i only got 52 adjustable's i use to do 3 plate squats to 95 dumbbells with chest
working out without a mask.
