Before i started my fitness journey like 10 years ago with a 10 week bicycle tour i was 120 @ 5'10. Put on 20lbs in those 10 weeks and never looked back. Going from my skinny 150 up to 170 the next goal. Never have been over 160 so it's about time 😤

So I’ve been doing gym / eating healthy while still being able to have those cheat days / eat fast food (but I don’t overeat like I usually do)
And I’ve lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks
Highkey almost brought some tears to my eyes. I’ve always hated the way I look and the fact I’m seeing progress. Such a great feeling
Just gotta keep going and get that weight off!

After 2.5 months I’m finally able to 1 rep my bodyweight at 130 lbs. So close to a plate. I want it within the next 2 weeks

I've been doing peanut butter toast with banana and protein shake/peppermint tea but am keen for other suggestions
had two trash sessions back to back
i find that when i have to talk to someone at the gym it f***s up my momentum
dips probably my favourite exercise

I am finishing mine this week, and one of the main reasons for doing it is your appetite returns big time and resensitizes your body to a surplus + gains again. I couldn’t stand eating a few weeks ago but now I’m good again

Bench BW x 1.5
Deadlift BW x 2
Squat BW x 1.75
By end of July or Beginning of August I'll be there.
Need a lifting belt and a better diet to start body building instead of power building
