i feel you on this. i've been hovering around 1500 calories daily for a few weeks now, don't think i can cut more without drastically affecting my macros.
unfortunately haven't seen much improvement -- wondering if HIIT will help.
just do some sort of steady cardio and eat less. Like walking on an incline treadmill or stairmaster

I’m only like 165 rn but I’ve noticed a big difference in my body composition when I aim high (200) then when I only hit my minimum amount

Hitting the weights is just more fun in terms of gym activity. Cardio is something you gotta do outside

Adding some protein powder to oatmeal is my go to...
