I think the furthest I’ve gone was like 170, now I’m pulling back and sitting at like 158.
My next bulk will be my significant one too, I’m worried about gaining too much fat tho. I’ll probably make the bulk more gradual like at a 500 calorie surplus

thats why I say bulking is way harder than cutting. I started skinny
but
bulk too far, boom u fat
not enough bulk, u stall and waste time
not to mention the scale isn't giving u quick, accurate feedback like it does when cutting. ima try 250-500cals on this next go think it was hitting above 500 too often before I started mini cutting

You can't target fat loss. It's basically all diet. Cardio helps but it's way easier to just not eat that extra 500 calories than it is to burn 500 calories. Not to downplay cardio as heart health is incredibly important. But for fat loss diet is number 1.

i am 185 at 5'7 it would be harder for me to cut then culk imo plus only working out from home has really toned me down to from only using certain weight also i do low carb i only eat as much as i need to

cutting out sugary drinks. and drinking plenty of water...

i feel you on this. i've been hovering around 1500 calories daily for a few weeks now, don't think i can cut more without drastically affecting my macros.
unfortunately haven't seen much improvement -- wondering if HIIT will help.

fwiw low heartrate cardio has been shown to be the best in terms of the ratio of fat loss to muscle loss. It's why a lot of comp bodybuilders do long fast walking for cardio/weight loss.
HIIT can obviously help and is a good thing to do to be a well-rounded fit person. Just be wary of any injuries when you doing it. Dont wanna set yourself back.

if you put on another 15 pounds and up your strength you will see a massive change imo

you know i live in toronto doing shot from home with adjustable weights and apparently the gyms wont open until end of july and you need to be vaccinated to go also same rules will apply like before what you doing weight wise at home?
im around 185 and 5'7 should i cut more or? i find with my weight and height if i cut down lets say 15 pounds ill look super skinny plus im also type 1 diabetic gotta match my insulin with what i eat that is another challenge its self when cutting
