    How do you guys warm up your legs for deadlifts. I'm trying to focus on pushing through my hips more than pulling through my back so that I don't strain my lower back and I find it difficult. Should I switch to sumos for the time being?

    First day I’ve been energetic at the gym and actually followed through with my routine. Just had light cereal with almond milk, noticed avoiding dairy and not eating much really helps

    Noticed My body as a whole is getting more defined and belly fat is gradually shrinking

    I’m sitting around 165 rn

    Never been 200, so that’s a big mile stone for me
    We’ll see how close I get without becoming a total fat f*** lol. Prolly gonna be my most drastic bulk yet
