    Weighted walking is bad for your natural gait it can really f*** you up over time

    The difference in calories burned is minuscule you’re better off on an incline or cardio on a hillside with just body weight

    I need to figure out how to get consistent. I really screwed up lol. I literally didn’t work half the year, I had the opportunity to just become crazy for the summer but wasted it. I need a good schedule now that I work. I wanna hit 240 but been saying this for 2 years

    idk what this means but for the past 2-3 weeks my left fingers have been tingly and its really annoying. Is it because ive been gripping too hard when I lift or something? S*** is annoying when I lift. The tingling even happens when im home randomly too

    That has to do with ur nerves get ur back checked maybe. Had a homie who had a slipped disc and didn’t even know

    Was pressing on his nerves and getting sensations

    like what golden said i'd try and get seen by a doc or a PT who has lots of knowledge regarding nerves. Another thing you could do that might help is just bring more stretching into your routine. If you haven't done much before then you can hit a yoga class or download an app like DownDog and do stuff at home. Breaking up your fascia and loosening your muscles could help regarding the nerve thing. Regardless it's a good thing to do after workouts to better your recovery and lower your chances of injury.

    If u feel the same sensation give ur hands some rest so it doesn’t exacternate to CTS

    Nah I don’t think it’s that serious but if OP spends too much time on his laptop + does heavy grip work it might be a very mild case of acute carpel tunnel syndrome

    Ya I was on my laptop all day & doin heavy DL 3x a week

    Just rest for a week & it’ll be alright. Up your vitamin D3 intake & try not to sleep with ur hand under your head

    Getting stronger...

    My warm up isn't taxing at all even when increasing the weight.

    Thought I figured out my protein issue...but it is too expensive to keep buying a protein drink from the vending machine/going over to 7-11..
