Imma share a life hack that really got my routine straight tbh
I used to always have that annoying, drowsy feeling after food. Really kills your productivity
Turns out it’s from the free radicals that are causing cerebral oxidative stress
Anyways, on any day you got a s*** ton of studying/work to do try fasting for as long as u can & before ur first meal pop a 200 mg caffeine pill on an empty stomach & make sure to eat ur meal with atleast 2000 Vitamin C. Completely allieviates it tbh

so tell me if i am right before i workout does not matter when i eat a good meal, if its in the morning i eat then take my vitamins which is vitamin d, multi, and then i wait about 10-15 mins before i take my vitamin c because if you take all that together your going to rush to the washroom quick to take A S***, plus yes coffee helps or pre workout

i dont bulk but i watch my carb intake though i eat peanut butter sandwiches, nutts when i eat my meals i eat them with rice, so id say i am on a clean cut bulk if that makes sense i say cut because i only have up to 52 pound adjustable weights to use since i am working out from home
so tell me if i am right before i workout does not matter when i eat a good meal, if its in the morning i eat then take my vitamins which is vitamin d, multi, and then i wait about 10-15 mins before i take my vitamin c because if you take all that together your going to rush to the washroom quick to take A S***, plus yes coffee helps or pre workout
See the issue with optimizing diet & training is that it really needs to be specific to your lifestyle. But as a general guideline
1. Your high carb meal should be pre-workout by like 1.5-2 hrs. By then your digestive system would have done it’s thing & your glycogen reserves have filled up plus u have enough energy for ur workout.
2. Most pre-workouts are lowkey trash for the dosages they are giving out so just get caffeine pills + nitric oxide-based supplement (L-citrulline) + vitamin C. Ideally u wanna take these together 30 min before hitting the gym. If u want the cognitive benefits like focus etc for ur day to day. Take them in the morning before any meal. Big difference in the potency if stims on an empty stomach vs full one.
3. Get u a bulk order of creating mono & take it right post-workout with 25-50 g of whey protein.
Generally it really doesn’t matter when u get ur meals in as long as your hitting 1g per lbs protein intake & keeping your caloric intake in check. Even the first point I mentioned. Some ppl have such a hyperactive digestive system that they can down 1.5k calories & hit the gym in 30 min no problem. But for the ahh person those pointers should serve as a very general guideline

i eat before working out always and always take the pills afterwords all in the morning i dont take bulk i eat naturally i can eat alot an go to the gym to i dont have a problem with that either
