Anyone know stretches that target this area?
Went to the gym and did arms and chest today, came back chilled no problems. Just like an hour or two ago my back started killing me
Also any exercises that can strengthen that muscle group in case its just weak
Cardio I’d do stuff that’s easy on your joints but go high intensity. Elliptical or Fan Bike imo. Gotta make sure your HR is up in the right zones to see the benefits. Some people do cardio and go too easy and I think that doesn’t do much. Once you get fitter look at running or jogging.
Also lifting as a part of that too is a must.
The regiment will depend on your base fitness level but as long as your heartrate is up there I’d just try to get 30mins to start off a session and as you get better go longer or work in some HIIT cardio as well so it doesn’t get too stagnant.
I wouldn’t just do cardio, I’d lift as well bro. Building muscle is important as well. Cardio should be to improve your heart health and lifting is good for your metabolism as you build more muscle. I know people are worried about weight and BMI but I care more about body fat % and waist measurements imo
I forgot to ask what your goal is btw. Are you trynna look like a bodybuilder or trying to be lean? My advice is probably wrong if you’re trying to become a bodybuilder. My advice is more suited if you’re just trying to lose weight and become leaner.

Yep lmao. The early mornings during the winter I felt cold as s***, needed to layer when sleeping
Anyone recommend another good lifting routine? Been doing PPL for a while now like month and a half and need to see what other routines are out there?
Should I wait longer until I switch?
Tbh I saw some gains but not as much as I'd like. Maybe I'm being impatient and tbf this routine could be a little time consuming with going to the gym 6 days a week
