Finally gonna stop bein a b**** and start working out next week. This summer I’m tryna break hearts and reach my potential. My ideal body would jus be lean and cut, i don’t like bulging muscles. I’m doin some research on my own but anyone got any tips?

i had to do 500m once a week as a requirement for being a lifeguard back in hs, s*** fr might be the ultimate full-body exercise

wasnt too hard but an hour later my hamstrings are killing me lol
