I’m telling y’all taking edibles after leg day is a gamechanger. It’s made leg day highlight of week. Honestly feel like my recovery is sped up too. Entire lower body is tingling right now

Routine is easy after 2 weeks, I’m listening to music 90 percent of the day might as well being working out during part of time anyway
