    Already watched this and didnt find the shrugs to be effective tbh

    I also have a pull up bar but feel like my upper back doesnt really get worked from chin/pull ups

    s*** kind of scares me that something that looks and tastes exactly like koolaid works like it’s a shot of adrenaline. and mine only has 135 mg caffeine lol

    i just would take coffee, i do legs with no pre workout or no coffee if i do it would be coffee only
