    saw some tik toks saying 3 days on, one day off, 3 days on, one day off is more beneficial due to the recovery, total 8 day split. i’m going to try it this week, i’ve been doing 6 on one off. may throw in an active rest day as well.

    Thinking of getting blue light blocking glasses to wear at night to improve my sleep quality. Anyone got these? Do they work well?

    it was already 70 degrees with 97% humidity by 6:30am though felt like i was gonna spontaneously combust those last 3 miles

    i use to use chalk when i dead lifted crazy to at the gym the GM said if he caught me with it again he would end my membership lol
