what you do at home? also you find it working from home you would take longer then working at the gym because you limited to what you can use and to feel it more you gotta do more sets
I’m using workouts provided by my gym. They are giving bootcamp and WOD workouts on a daily basis so I’m able to do something different each day. Besides that I have my own workouts (core, upper body, legs and cardio; mountainbiking or running). I bought kettlebells, dumbbells and a pull-up bar for my store room. So I’m not really missing the gym that much besides the fact it’s easier to do your workout on different machines. Matter fact I’m more focused since I need to think about what I’m about to do each week. Where as at the gym I didn’t participate in CrossFit related exercises and just went from machine to machine.
ya as i said here it will take longer working at home, then rather the gym because the gym you have access to more things rather then working at home when you only got dumbbells to use so what i have is adjustable weights and bands and a bar what i do is, also it will take longer to do because your limited to what you have and you gotta do more sets to feel that burn if you want helpful videos check on you tube workout videos

Just did front squats and Romanian deadlifts yesterday, went up 10lbs and it was tough. Hopefully I can go up in weight by the 3rd consecutive workout

knees feeling kinda achy after a brutal leg day. not in pain but not a comfortable feeling. my dumbass didnt put knee sleeves on until after i finished squats, not doing that next time lol
also been seeing big strength gains since switching to PPL 2x a week with one rest day and tracking my lifts in an app/focusing on progressive overload

Took a gamble and took 4 days off training. My body was feeling sluggish and fatigued and I think I was overtraining. But thankfully got back on it today and hit a PB with my airbike distance and calories so it looked to have worked out. Think I need to be careful moving forward but happy that things are back to normal. 🙏🏾
